Is this a scam? - 05-22-2007, 09:44 AM

I am sure everyone has seen this little signs at various intersections:"Real Estate Investor seeking apprentice call xxx...". Not that I would ever call a number I saw on a sign. Surely this has to be a new twist to scam or identity theft. Any opinions?

More like a marketing ploy.
You'll have to buy his workbooks and info program.

One day Pika and I are going to write a book on how to get rich quick. And the last page will say "If all else fails: write a book about how to get rich quick."

Not only would it sell but it would be sound advice as well.

Prophet out.

I saw one like that which was written (sloppily) with a sharpie on a piece of cardboard.

I would love to meet the people that called that number.

probablly a scam of some type.

saw on the news this morning about a work from home job where people were getting scammed for hundred and thousands of dollars.

it was called a "payment processing" job. the "company" sent you money orders that "people sent in" for payment of something. you then deposited this into your personal bank account then wired the money to the "company"

only problem is the money orders are fake, and it takes the bank a day or 2 to realize this and you have already wired the money, then the bank comes to you looking for their money.
