In an industry where customer service means everything, we have to give "kudos!" to Simply Canvas! We had a rough start with them - their shipping department made a big oops and didn't send the "rush" that we had paid extra for - but when the problem was brought to Adam's attention, they not only refunded over 1/2 of our order but also sent us 2 free 20x24 studio samples of images of our choice. They did not have to send the studio samples, especially considering the refund. But they did and we have them proudly hanging in our studio! Their products cost a little more than some other canvas companies that we have priced but it's service like this that will keep us coming back for more! Thank you, Adam!
