I got a call the other day from a guy that said he was "calling on behalf of his male client". Of course, red flags are already going up here - why can't they just be honest and say "I want to get some pictures done"?!? Anyway, this guy says that his "client" wants to have some pics made for somebody or other. I answer something to the effect of "No problem. What is "he" looking to do?" "Well, ma'am, he asked me to call you to see if you ever shoot that booter stuff." At this point, I lift my phone away from my head to look at it, look at my husband, and go back to answer with "I'm sorry, can you repeat that? My phone must be breaking up and I missed what you said last?" He repeats, "Ma'am, he'd like to know if you shoot booter." Again, lifting the phone from my head to look at it first, I go back to ask him once more to repeat himself - "the static must be on your end of the line... I still didn't hear you clearly." "Ma'am, booter. Do you shoot booter style stuff?" Then the light goes on. My husband could see it illuminating over me, exposing my blonde self for all I'm worth. "OOHHH! Boooodwa!! Yes, we do offer Boudoir." We talk a few more minutes about rates and such and at the end, he says "Thank you ma'am, for the information. I'll make sure to tell my "client" that you shoot booter and give him your rates." I don't know who was laughing harder as I hung up the phone - Robert laughing at me or me laughing at Booter!
