I guess now we can't take anything for granted.....that sucks
probably best now to keep the used cards with the images on us somewhere just in case

Can't do much about the images that were lost, but if the photogs were members of the PPA I think that there's some sort of insurance that comes with membership that covers this kind of thing.

I wonder since LOJACK can come up with a transmitting device for cameras. I know they have it available for Notebooks.

That really sucks. Out of curiosity, I went to the guy's website and low and behold, there's a shot of me working in one of his galleries (watermarked and not protected).
