It didn't rain here... but I stayed inside anyways researching cameras pretty much all day.

Oh and, I watched Hoodwinked on DVD for the umpteenth time.

Goofed off most of the morning, then went to CiCI's (heheh), and then Home Depot for some house repair stuff.

Then I spent about 2 hours at a local waterhole stalking stilts and trying to find their nests and chicks. Mud up to my knees and no chicks!

But I did get a few Scav Hunt pics done on the way back.

I got stir crazy and decided to dodge the rain showers. Managed to hit Mercer Gardens right after a downpour...

Appropriately enough, here is a Rain Lily:

started with sex. I was home alone.
had breakfast.
went to Bass Pro Shop
Had lunch
spent three hours at the office.
drove home
drove around downtown Ft. Worth looking for a Hotel building site.
went to girlfriends house
went to Blockbuster and sat in the car while she located a movie
came back
watched Robin Williams in Man of the Year
took a bath.
came home.
saw terrific photo of Rain Lily on this thread.
I was just kidding about being alone this morning.

that's my story, and I'm stickin to it.

Went to a wedding. My daughter was a bridesmaid so we went along and I ended up taking pictures, of course. My first try at wedding shots. Being downloaded now. Hopefully a few decent shots although I don't have much experience with the flash indoors.

I worked a crawfish boil at our church. We didn't get a lot of rain, but had a cover over the cooking area anyway. I got there before noon and came dragging home at 8 PM.

We had our own scavenger hunt - 06-17-2007, 08:22 AM

After I got home from work one of my sons declared that my wife and I needed our own photo scavenger hunt and made us a list of 15 items. We waited for a break in the rain, loaded into the van, and hit a park. I got some great shots of the kids playing and even managed to get a couple for the TPF hunt. Modesty prevents me from saying who won. It wasn't really fair though, I have a camera that takes great pictures.

A great time was had by all!
