Another thing in your arsenal on prosecuting / suing someone for using an image of yours without permission: If they erase or cut out your watermark/sig/copyright notice you can get Extra money from them plus attorney fees, and the image does not even have to be registered with the copyright office: http://www.photoattorney.com/2007/07...your-ears.html |
