So if you will be available on that on that day, let us know and let us know your package for 8 hours, presently am not in the state but it?s my duty to take care of this part that?s why, I have to contacted you. Let me know if you can receive your payment with a CERTIFIED CASHIER CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER from my client in the states.

Scam .. they'll give you a check for more than the actual amount and ask that you send them the balance in return....

... and, of course, their check is bad ...

... and they use the routing info from your check to empty your account ...

Just tell them you will take the check, and then if it clears, you will deliver them the difference in cash when you show up at the job. And they shouldn't worry, because you hope to make most of your money from selling prints after you do the job. You won't hear from the again or get a check.

just tell them to send the check and that you don't intend to return any money to them because you need it to operate your International Scam Busting Business.

Same scam has been used on cars for many years... they claim to be a buyer for someone that wants it but can only send cashier's check of 10,000 and they'll need the balance back to the shipping company to cover shipping.

The secret service is responsible for investigating these types and has an email address to fwd stuff to. I've sent several when I was trying to sell a truck a couple years back... never heard back (didn't expect to), so I have no idea what happens once you hit "send".

Have to admit though... the scammers are getting better at picking "niche" markets to go after... just like a regular business... but why can't they figure out to hire somebody to proof read and correct the grammar????
