Thanks so much to all of you who replied, pm'd and emailed us regarding the shoots. We were amazed and somewhat overwhelmed by the number of responses we got. I must comment on what a great asset that this forum is to all of us in the photographic community here in Texas. I tried to respond to each of you who responded...and I hope I did not miss anyone, but please accept my apologies if I did.

Thanks to the amazing people on here we were definitly able to cover our needs and then some...so again thanks again to all.

I will pass along the info to those selected as we get it in.

It looks like we may need some assistant / second shooters for a couple of different events in September and I am hoping I will have some luck on here...

These will be PR events for a very large charity organization which deals with children, and one of the leading casual dining providers in the country. These assignments will require travel, and we will cover all travel expenses (Meals, Lodging, Formal wear, etc). Travel will be flying out in the morning, cover the event that evening, return home in the morning.

As of now I am still waiting for my client to finalize the details, but right now I am most concerned about the following events and lining up some assistance:

Los Angeles, CA: Date (Sept.) exact date TBD (most likely a weeknight)
PR Event for Charity Organization - Formal

Miami, Fl: Date (Sept) exact date TBD (most likely a weeknight)
PR Event for Charity Organization - Resort casual

Sept. 20 - Texas Rangers Game @ Arlington
PR Event for Charity Organization - Business Casual

Pay will be $250.00 plus the expenses we will cover, and you will be able to use a few images for your portfolio. If there is anyone who has a flexible schedule and is interested please send me an email with a few samples of your work, dates you are available, and confirm you have an understanding of how the second shooter process works.
