This is what I run Windows XP on and it SCREAMS! 10,000rpm and 4.6ms access time. It's worth every dime and then some.

I was going to post that last night, but I just though most people would not want to pay $160 for 160GB HD. I have 2 of these I bought from dell for $150, and love them.... 320GB of fast 10k RPM paired up with a 500GB and 400GB Seagate perpendicular HD....
