So I have an order for a framed 16x20. I order the print, I order the frame. The framing company is changing locations, so there is a slight delay. No big deal. I finally get the frame and they forgot to include the glass and backing. Okay. I call them and they ship it out with apologies. I get it in and put it all together. I notice a little something behind the glass. I couldn't just let it be, I take the whole thing apart again. I scratch the picture with the edge of the glass. DAMNIT!! So I reordered the print. I am annoyed at myself for my sloppiness, but also annoyed knowing I never would have even touched the glass if the frame came assembled like it was supposed to. Grrr, stuff like this always happens to me!
