Last saturday I partied... There is this 5 day event Santa Barbara called fiesta. Pretty much an excuse for everyone to drink for basically no reason.

Have they outlawed the 'margarita to go' concept? Lower State Street used to be awash in plastic cups filled with 'that frozen concoction that helps me hang on'
