Help name my blog

Okay, here's the deal:
My wife and I are both about to undergo weight loss surgery. (She's doing the band and I am doing the bypass) We want to create a blog so our family/friends/prospective patients can follow along. But, we need a catchy name. I thought about "BigFatFattyButNotForMuchLonger" but that seems a little too long.
There is no financial reward for the winner but for anyone who plays along and wants us to, we will put a link to your site.
Since we claim to be photographers, at least our blog should have better before/after pictures than the others we have seen!

BTW: By my calculations, this should be my 100th post!
