I believe the problem is the CULTURE they come from. Their race is just a coincidence. I am absolutely amazed no one has mentioned the infamous bus loads of Japanese tourists in DC, or Niagara Falls (Canadian side) or even at the Arizona Memorial, who will walk through your shots and cut in line in front of you jabbering away and clicking their cameras like cicadas in the Summer and looking right through you. They don't think they are rude because the just don't SEE anybody else there. They get this from their culture and the fact they are Japanese is because they are ALL Japanese. I lived in San Antonio for a couple of years and went to the Valley a lot and learned about the cast system. At that time there were about 8 people in the middle class and the rest were either Creoles or Peones. The latter are the polite and helpful folks who don't walk across your shots. The first group does. This is totally a cultural issue that cuts across race. The French are the rudest people in the world and I don't know what "race" they are. |
