Wanted to add I did the heart monitor thing and it isn't to bad esp to be sure. I do have elongated tendons in my body so it is possible that is my cause and could be yours as well.

I agree with getting it checked out. I was diagnosed with HyperTrophic CardioMyopathy a few years ago. They about fell over as they thought I was having a heart attack at the age of 28. I do not smoke, rarely drink, and at the time worked out 4 to 5 days a week (both cardio and heavy weight training). They had go in and do a full Angiogram to find the problem.

The thing is, it could be nothing, but than again it could....never take a chance!
