Thanks for the link! I had no idea they had a new single out. I like it :) In fact, I'm firing up iTunes now . ..
Funny thing is, my oldest child is 17, and it's so funny and strange to know that he and his friends are listening to, and liking, the same music I did when I was their age. But then again, I'm the cool mom . .. lol.
Thanks again,
Cindy | | | |

And when Joe Walsh went into his country/rock solo I had to smile. Don't get me wrong, I liked Bernie Leadon but Walsh's personality and skill on the guitar plus Felder's bass skills really helped the group to move forward IMHO

When it first started, I thought it sounded just like classic Eagles. Then I thought it sounded like the Traveling Wilburys. :) | | | |

I was listening to this on the TICKET this morning for like the 100th time and as I was listening to the intro I started singing "Running down the road tryin to loosen my load..." right as Gordon Keith sang the exact same song.
The song is nothing new and nothing special. Surely after such a long layoff they can come up with a better introduction single than this?!
As Danny would say "This song sucks".

Who is "Don Henley", oh yeah the guy I bought a concert ticket to go see back in the late 80's and didn't get to go to because my dog required my time after her unexpected operation.
I do get a kick out of thinking that the Rolling Stones and other die hard’s will survive to play in wheel chairs up on stage someday.
What irks me is when a band plays one of the old songs for the tenth billionth time and macaques it because they are just sick and tired of playing it. If they no longer can put their heart and soul into it, even with popular request they should just burry it and tell the truth that they can’t do it justice any more. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
