Strip and Go Naked!! But enough about last weekend....

Equal parts:
Vodka
Beer
Pink lemonade

Mix well, and serve chilled or over crushed ice. Definitly a girlie-looking drink (can't look manly holding a frozen pink beverage), but goes down smooth and will make you feel good.

TJ's Perfect Margarita:

• 1 cup tequila (nothing too fancy, e.g. Cuervo Gold, Sauza Gold)
• 1/3 cup orange liqueur w/ conac or brandy (e.g. Gran Marnier, Bauchant, etc.)
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup agave nectar (to taste: more for a sweeter drink)
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup fresh squeezed key lime juice (to taste: more for a tart drink)
• small pinch of salt

Pull all the above in a blender, fill with ice, and run on liquify for a few minutes. If you can drink a whole blender full, then you'll be feelin' NO PAIN

Best damn margarita EVER! Took me 14 years to find and perfect the right recipe. Seriously, it's been my life's quest.

(note: I've found agave nectar at Central Market (next to the honey), and I've heard that it's available at Whole Foods.)

I'll have to try this but over ice .. frozen margaritas never cut it for me.

I figure it's no good without a video of louching (lefthand bottle first, righthand bottle second):

I tried that once, but the battery kept shorting out on me... Company didn't like it when I'd return a sticky unit for replacement either.

Is that "Real" absinthe or American Absinthe? If it is real, where do you get it?

One of the greatest refreshing drinks out there is still the old classic Tom Collins. Something about cold gin. Can't handle tequila - tastes like bug juice. Too many 35 cent tequila sours in Piedres Negres a 100 years ago. There was also a place in Nuevo Laredo called the Cadillac Bar that was famous for the Ramos Gin Fizz. I wonder if it is still there?

Tito's Vodka on the rocks. :)

If not that, then I usually stay with Shiner, but I'm a big fan of skunk beers too, Stella, Warstiener, Becks. (Becks is my party favorite, 4 tallboys for $5, and nobody else touches 'em. :D )

I'm a bit of a beer snob too: Three Philosophers, Chimay, Duvel, etc...

Grey Goose rocks (that's on the rocks, but it rocks too! ) or Don Julio Anejo straight up... depending on my mood.
