Scotch, just Scotch - no, not the crappy stuff from behind the bar at the local pub. But, a good single malt, at least 12 years old. Something to be savored not just poured in to kill brain cells.

Fruity Drinks ... 6 oz pineapple juice, ice (preferrably crushed), poured with shots of Creme de Banana, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Gold Rum, and Dark Rum... add grenadine until it takes on the color of pink grapefruit.
No hangover... and you'll be feeling it after 1 1/2 of 'em.
(Best served with my brownies... LOL ... certain Brownwood crowd knows what I mean)

Brad, hand over your man card.
Try this one...
Double shot of Bacardi Razz, splash of pineapple juice, bigger splash of cranberry juice. Serve over lots of ice. Tastes best by the Cove pool at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas

Long Island Iced Tea.
Hold the tea.
My grandpa used to make someting he called "mountain fog" - and oh boy was it ever foggy after a cup of that stuff. Yummy though...I think he made it with date or fig mash, or something weird like that.
