Nuts, I can't sleep

My youngest woke me up at 2 am, and now I cannot get back to sleep! I need to be alert today so I need my sleep, but I am wide awake! Aaaarrrrggghhh!

I too suffer from insomia, I am always awake at 2 am...I at times do not fall asleep till 4 am. thanks god I work late, and not early.

I feel you pain Murph! I couldn't sleep last night either and didn't finally even feel tired enough to get back into bed until around 4am. Luckily we aren't busy at work right now, so I just called in this morning that I was staying home >:o)

I usually get to sleep just fine but if I wake up in the middle of the night I rarely can get back to sleep. I set an alarm but it usually doesn't get a chance to go off. I wake up at 4ish or earlier every day, even weekends. I would love to be able to sleep in occasionally.
