on location or in studio?
how many models?
how many wardrobe changes?
how much experience do you already have in order to get the job?
what equipment do you already have?

What's good? It's on locatio in Galveston, TX. I'm not sure how much models are going to be there. I got alot of intrest but I don't feel all will show. I'm howing at least 2-4. I have a little over a yr experience in photography. But i've had comments given to me that my skills surpass my experience. I'm using a Nikon D80 and a light reflector. Not much but I work with what I have.

your first post led me to believe that this was already set up or that someone had hired you for the shoot...
If you are putting this together yourself:
where are you getting the models from?
why a high fashion shoot?
how much are you paying the models or is this a TFP session?
do you have a MUA or will they supply their own?

I've notified the models a month before the shoot. I've done a TFP photo shoot before & I've learn from the pass shoots. I choosen high fashion to see if i'm able to work in that field. Hopefully a magazine company would like my work and hire me a their photographer. I don't have any MUA at the time and models and MUA don't always practice what they preach.

I'm sure others with more experience will chime in, but based on what you've said so far, it's gonna take more than one shoot to get you into a magazine....

I already know but it will at least get my name out. The worst thing they can say is "NO". This will give me the experience and I can put this under my belt. But I've had professional photographers jaw drop when I tell them all I use is a Nikon D80 18-135mm. I have what it takes and won't stop. I'm just looking for someone to help strenghten my eye.
