Dallas area business lawyer?

Sure I can go to the yellow pages and take a gamble selecting some random lawyer, but I'd love to find someone based on a recommendation instead. Basically I'm needing someone to handle some financial negotiations and give me legal advice for some projects I'm working on.

Anybody have a person that they've worked with and does a great job? Also how much can I expect to pay for these types of services?

Jezebel, check this law firm, not sure if they also handle business issues. sometime back we approached them for a immediate settlement of a personal injury case. due to some pbm at my machine, I am unable to open many sites and this is one among them if not I would have checked and confirmed.

I actually shoot PR and marketing stuff for a lot of law firms. Most do family law, but I bet I can find you a great business law guy, if you still need one!
