Donnie,

He is obviously NOT a professional photographer and has a PRIMARY job that pays the bills. Look at his pricing on his website. He prices like most other "photographers" that do not make a living (primary) from photography...only considers the cost of the prints when determining a price for them.
There are so many factors that must be used when determining pricing if you make a living at this. Obviously, he isn't making much money, at the prices he is listing...just do the math, would you want to make a living selling 20.00 8x10" prints or low and behold...$25.00 for the CD! (Without a package of course.)

His post is just a ploy to get a photographers for nothing. People will try anything!

lol....i saw a post on the oh so ever wonderful craigslist and the "photographer" put a line in about how since he's one he won't hire one for his wedding because he does not want to get overcharged....kinda pissed me off and i vented - but then realized it's one of those "it ain't worth it" vents so i tried to delete it and could not so i cleared the text....some people read it before it got deleted and this the first couple of responses.....but hey....i like the idea of testing my keyboard
