Dead !

This is a discussion on Dead ! within the Open Talk forums, part of the General Information category; After 5 1/2 years my first and only DSLR died. I am speaking of my 300D. Somewhere around 72,800 actuations ...

After 5 1/2 years my first and only DSLR died. I am speaking of my 300D. Somewhere around 72,800 actuations it gave up the fight. It will be missed. I will still be checking the forum oftenand enjoying the fantastic pictures taken by everyone. Keep up the good work everyone.

Good reason to now get a 40D/used30D/or 5D.

I am in the same boat sorta. Had to sell some of my gear to help get moved for a new job. Now I am saving up to get a camera, but its hard to save when things keep going wrong...LOL
