If three equals a chain, I vote for The Blue Goose Cantina.

ALAMBRADO DE PUERCO – Marinated and Mesquite Grilled select Pork Tenderloin sliced into medallions. Topped with sautéed Mushrooms and Tomatoes.

I can't stop myself from eating the whole plate (which could easily feed any two regular sized humans)

I second the one vote for Chuy's. My family eats there about every 10 days, even though it is a 30 minute drive from home.

Beth, they mark everything vegetarian on the menu with a little circle with a strip through it and a cow silhouettes. I started eating there when I was a vegetarian in Austin.
