Ok, somebody remind me the easy way to register a copyright. I remember someone saying to send a CD of all your images (in reduced size, but recognizable) somewhere every couple of months.

Isn't it $40 a CD? Do you just mail it and forget it?

Well my camera is equipped with a 1000 megasquirtle light sensitive array with a megakilo double widget interface and a pseudo-terrafilter. its got 2 million hexafurtles with a 10 kiloplex and a rechargeable virtual combo-backplate. i also fitted an optical fillyfangle with predictive threshold histogram monitoring. it also has a light sensitive light meter and a time sensitive shutter mechanism.

$13,000 in actual damages and a $1.3 million verdict? That's a nice boost to the bottom line.

I would be interesting to see if the photographer will ever get his money, or will Propet counter-sue and keep it in the courts of years.

Exactly. He may have won, but I bet he isn't going to get that amount of money anytime soon.

But hey, it is a deterrant for future violators!
