with Time Warner cable?
I am on hold STILL for them to fix something that was "fixed" on Wed supposedly.
Tech support has you go through the same bull crap that NEVER works. Then they say someone needs to come out. Well that is good but they were just here on Wed, and said all was fixed.
Now the idiot that picked up for CS I would assume, answers, I tell her I was just on hold and that I needed to set up an appt for someone to come out and fix the modem AGAIN. Her response was "what can I do for you?" I said Schedule me an appointment I would assume!" She puts me on hold where I have been ever since.

I swear the choice is the lesser of 2 evils, them or ATT and I hate both of them
