Yup. A couple words were more difficult like "sgtrane" which took me a second, but I read it like anything else. I've seen similar ones numerous times.

yes, in fact most people (way more than 55/100) who can read English can read it. Several versions have been posted on the web over the years.

The mind not only can easily figure this out by rearranging the letters within the words, it also uses adjacent word context to speed things up. This is why we often insert words into sentences when reading, and one reason why we should never proofread our own writings.
