Has anyone here submitted or heard of this contest? I think it is over seas and the rules ask to send cash if possible instead of a check ( I am guessing b/c its overseas). I just wanted to see if anyone had heard of it. I want to enter but I've never sent over seas before :) Thanks |

I would be extremely wary of any "contest" that asked me to pay for anything in cash. |
