I find it really is more functional to run things like cameras, computers, networking gear on GMT and forget DLST. It also covers any timezone.

Bush signed the new federal law, DST starts almost one month early, ends 1 week later than last year. So it's Nov 4.

It has great impact for birds/wildlife photographer, i'm some of the landscape shooter as well.

today was DST for Europe

Both of my "old" VCRs changed their time automatically this weekend. I was REALLY confused as I THOUGHT I remembered the change had been moved back to next weekend.

At least my PCs wee smart enough to know about the updated time change.
