Here's how Tommy,

1. This is the URL of that video.
   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nfx2P5QuyOQ
   
2. You need only need everything AFTER the equals sign...Nfx2P5QuyOQ.
   
3. Then you wrap that with the YouTube tags [YT ] [ /YT]. (minus the spaces inside the brackets)
