Help me please before I seriously hurt someone. - 11-28-2007, 03:22 PM

I am trying to order an album from ACI. Which I have done 2 times before.
Well yet again TWC SUCKS!!!!!!! And my internet and Phone are intermittent.
Well I was designing the pages when the internet and phone went out. So it caused the software to crash as you have to be connected to the internet to use it. Well now I can't open the software to finish the album. I called ACI, they have been great but can't fix it.
So they are saying that there is something on my internet end that TWC had me change more than likely that is causing the software not to launch. TWC won't be here until the 5th which is absurd. I called Grande they stop service at our neighbors so us and the house across the street can't get service through them And I dont' want to sign a contract with ATT for a year knowing that we are moving even though we don't have orders in hand.

So any body got any suggestions?

ATT doesn't require a contract. I have my DSL through ATT and did not have to sign a contract. They do have contracts available that give you special rates, etc. but you can get their standard rate of about $20 a month for DSL with no contract.
Cheers,
Roger

Thanks Roger I will look into them again. I know the last time to make it remotely affordable we had to do a year contract and thankfully I don't plan to be here in a year.
I just want what I pay for and haven't gotten it yet with TWC.

Ditto on this. No contracts unless you want a discount on your rate plan. Otherwise you just pay full price. ATT DSL isnt the best, but it sounds like its better then what you are using.
