I'm not sure of the best place within Fort Worth to see lots of lights (besides downtown), but I believe Interlochen in Arlington still has an unbelievable display. Off of I-30 and Fielder to the south. It's been years since I've been there so someone else can probably provide exact directions and confirmation that it's still as good as it used to be.

Although the traffic is a nightmare around Interlochen with people coming to see the lights. My parents moved there when I was in college and I used to dread coming home while the lights were out. It's pretty, but expect waits (although I haven't been out there at Christmas in years, as my folks moved away after 5 or 6 years out there). Maybe someone else has some more recent info for ya.
