Missed moon shot - 07-22-2005, 08:04 AM

I left my home this morning at 6:15 am. Turned west onto Fm1960 and saw the most beautiful looking moon. Of course I did NOT have my camera. There were no clouds in the sky, and no obstructions in the way.

I hope someone was able to get a photo.

heck I was just rolling out of bed at that time.

you might want to try again tomorrow morning, but the moon will be a little higher than this morning at the same time

the moon is in an orbit that brings it closer to the earth. it will not be in this elipitical pattern again until sometime in '07

best of luck in the morning
