Has anyone had to return an item to them? Do they totally stink? I have bought tons of stuff from them and have not had any issues. We are talking a lot of stuff - from furnature to clothes. Never too many issues. If there were issues (eg lost package) they fixed it ASAP.

I bought a leather jacket for a Christmas gift for someone, which needs to be returned (tags intact with all original packaging) and they are giving me a hard time about it?!?! Just wondering if this is all talk until they have the coat in front of them or what? They also said it can take up to 4 weeks for a return to be processed. OK - that part is fine - it was disclosed ahead of time. Unlike the no return policy when the item has EASY RETURNS written under it. Majorly let down. Crappy CS.

I have had nothing but problems with them. Every time I have ordered anything from them it has been wrong or defective. I never ever got them to resolve it. All my email would go ignored, and I never have seen a phone number for them.

I am sorry your having issues. The things I had issues with were little things. Nothing like what you had bought.

Bought from them once. After ordering found the item at a lower price somewhere else they gave me store credit on my next order. Never used it, never went shopping there again.

Just heard something on the news that returns in general will be harder then in years past because of all the consumer fraud out there - you may be running into that.

They were great a few years ago. I think since their stock went in the tank, they had to cut back on a lot of things and that has really made them suck.
