Not my first, but definitely my last...I could not work there, I cannot lie to a person face to face...amazing what passes for honesty in our society.

brown...b/c its sweet like chocolate?

I've had trouble with ALL delivery services, so don't think it's just the brown.

The absolute worst for me has been Airborne Express/DHL...

They leave stuff worth thousands on the wrong doorsteps without any signature (and I don't mean next door...but like blocks away...) Big Blue Dell logo sitting there asking to be stolen.

I had never had a good experience with DHL, but the other day Dell sent my laptop back to me and the driver called me using his phone just to let me know that he placed it in the bushes by the door so it wouldn't be visible from the street. Thought that was unusual for a delivery service but appreciated it highly!

I cant stand USPS. When we lived in HI my MIL sent a package for my daughters bday 3 day express, and it was over a month late and the box was literally shredded and all the contents inside were ruined.

I took it to the PO the next day and asked them how they would feel if that was delivered to them for their kids bday. But a lot of Hawaiians dont like white people and they just shrugged it off.

ROFL! Funny you should mention DHL. My wife works for Fannie Mae in Addison (just north of the Dallas Galleria). She sent something to Fort Worth via DHL. When it didn't show up the next day she called to have it tracked. It was in Seattle. This happens ALL the time. Unfortunately, Fannie Mae has a contract with DHL and they are not allowed to ship by anyone else.
