Started off New Years

My New Years started off with a phone call that morning from a friend. His son and his fiance' had decided on a last minute wedding that evening. It was going to be real simple. I don't normally do weddings but hey $50 and it was for a friend.

Too many people with sub $200 point and shoot cameras. The bride and groom as well as anyone else posing didn't know who to look at not to mention trying to compete for a spot to take photos as well as having to worry about if someone's flash was going to go off the same time as I fire and overexpose my shot. People with sub $200 P&S cameras need to get out of the way and sit down and let the person holding $8000 worth of camera, lens and flash do what they are paid to do!

To those of you that shoot weddings on a full time basis I have a lot of respect for you and feel sorry for you for what you have to go through.
