Where can I download REAL high resolution pictures

Im looking for some SUPER high resolution pictures. I work for a company and we sell laser engravers. These engravers are used for everything from trophy stores to industrial marking on objects like serial numbers, etc...

But I have been playing and we can engrave some photographs on some really cool things and they turn out awesome. So I want to make a big collage made of 12" x 12" black marble pieces to hang in our showroom.

Problem is I cannot find any images on the internet that large (looking for something around 4' x 2')...

any ideas?

Aren't there some high-res images from the hubble telescope floating around on the net? Shouldn't be too hard to google them, and I don't think you would have to worry about running afoul of copyright since work by govt employees is public domain.

or you could work out something with one of the great members of the forum to use one of their images

There was a copy of the Declaration of Independance floating around on the net about a year ago, that was in the neighborhood of 15000 to 20000 pixels on its longest edge. I have also seen some very high res images of Hurricane Katrina.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but to me, the declaration of Independance would be cool engraved in marble.
