I need to find out if you can make a picture of a person from scratch on a computer. Design the head, eyes, nose, mouth, etc. Is this possible? Can someone here do this or refer me to someone. Thanks |

Short answer is -- Yes, it can be done -- here is an example. Lot's more by this guy on youtube. Where you can get it done, I have no idea. The person that goes by the screen name jezebel on here is an amazing digital artist, so you might send her a PM.
