I Hate Fedex

Ok Fedex is now off my list of approved shippers 2x in a row they have mess me over with my next day air shipments. First time was when canon returned my Mark3 to me. They faked a delivery attempt and got caught at it. This time They lose my package from B&H before it even gets out of New York. Now I am being told that I have to wait 5-10 days for them to declare the shipment lost. I called B&H they were less than please to here this as the CS rep let it slip that this is becoming a very common problem with fedex. Now my 2K is tied up in the BS situation. Sorry it was either rant here or chuck the phone against the wall.

Ugh, that sucks.

I always prefer to use fedex when possible. It's UPS that I always want to drop a bomb on.

feel free to vent...it's cheaper than a new phone...besides we can all relate!!!

I had fedex get busted NOT leaving the package, but simply having the door tag prefilled out, they hung it on the door rang the bell and left.

My wife got up off the couch as soon as the door bell rang and she opend the door just in time to see the fedex guy get in the ruck and leave.

she called me and told me what happened and she called FedEx to get a re-deliver and then just decided to go run the fedex truck down in the neighborhood and get package from the driver.

Well fedex called me back to let me know that my package is in Houston and they have no idea how it got there. I will have it tomorrow but now I have to go out of my way to the fedex location in town and pick it up as I cant not take off another day to wait for it. On the plus side they are refunding me my $88 S&H I paid.

I agree!

I've had some problems with UPS but not like FedEx. One time the tracking said shipping was scheduled for a certain day ... the day comes... tracking says out for delivery.. NOTHING! It finally comes ... don't remember if it was the next day or 2 days later.

Then one time at band camp... ok wasn't band camp... my mother was driving down a country road coming up on a sharp curve to the right.... almost had to hit the ditch to avoid one of their drivers that was going too fast the opposite way and was cutting the corner.
