Why not outline the wings into the B shape that they already form? Maybe rotate the butterfly a tad ccw.

use a drop shadow to add an outline, and rotating as mentioned will help a lot. Rotate it so that the wings are more vertical, about 20-30 degrees CCW

What's wrong with just adding the B over the Butterfly like the lowercase r and e are already?

I guess if I put it on a seperate layer then I can do the shadow?
This one was actaully on the background layer.
Back to the drawing board I guess.
Thanks again all.

No Breezy, I meant the same size as the caps in the rest of the font you used. The butterfly is positioned perfectly. If all your text is on a separate layer you can do a drop shadow on it. If you want to just add the cap B on a separate layer then you can add the drop shadow just to the B. Don't give up on what you have already done. It looks good.
