(RF) Hunter Pence of the Houston Astros injured...

KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- Hunter Pence will miss about a week of Spring Training workouts after enduring several cuts and lacerations on his hands and knees that resulted from falling through a glass door at his residence in Kissimmee, Fla.

Pence called it a "silly" accident, one that occurred around 9:30 p.m. ET on Monday when he hit a sliding glass door that he did not realize was closed.

OK now, all you Astros fans can breathe again. Can't wait to see and hear all the jokes during the season. His teammates are gonna give him hell. Good thing he is fine, it could of been much worse.

On the other hand, I've bought my tickets for opening day and just got the e-mail about the AStros -vs- Yankees AND Astros -vs- Red Sox tickets, so I hope to have those secured by tomorrow!

I heard about it on the radio yesterday morning and read about it last night. . . I've had a buddy do that before. . . we ended up putting stickers on the glass door so people would know when it was shut! He should get one of those fake baseball through the glass stickers!!!
