Breezy
I don't have a tremendous amount of experience in this area, but I have worked with some couples and individuals who wanted something special for their spouse.
Talk to the couple or individual for a while to find out what they have in mind. I bet they have some of their own ideas, and if you go with them it will help to keep them less nervous. Watch for bra lines, etc. If you can get them smoothed out before the shoot it will save a lot of post work.

When you set up the shot, be aware of all the details. If you can tether to a laptop you can preview the shots with the client and get a feel for what they like.

Awesome tips thanks Tom
I did convince her to do it at her home as I felt she would be much more comfortable.
I will take the lap top too.
Thanks again

I've done it myself, so I show them my album if they don't have ideas of their own. Generally being open and considerate helps them feel at ease. Things will run smoother after that. Be creative and work with their body type too!

Actually, what Tom mentioned above about bra lines - make sure to tell them not to wear anything elastic or tight before the shoot. That way you won't have red marks on their skin when you need to determine what costuming you will go with.
