Seen this before- I guess if you have a older Lincoln you're set! ;)

Makes me wonder how safe it'd be in side impact tests, and btw that kid shoulda totally been rear facing.

I like sliding doors, which are opened manually and mostly get out of your way without hitting anything (or car) next to you. I'd like a car with front and rear sliding doors, but one that didn't look like my wife's minivan.

BMW had a little low-production convertible in the 80s (Z1, maybe?) where the little doors dropped down toward the sills. Still appeared to require a little hop over them, but similar "disappearing door" concept.
