Go here for details. In order to promote the new Batman movie coming out in the Spring, there has been a huge ARG that has been going on for the last 6 months. In the latest step of the game, Harvey Dent is trying to gather enough support to run for DA of Gotham, and his campaign mobile will be in Houston tomorrow.
