my house payment going up for the 2nd time in a year??
Well I was right they sent us a check yesterday cause we OVERPAID Just like I said they would. IF they would have just listened to me none of this would have happened lol and we got back a little over what they made us up the payment.
I just hate when people don't listen to me lol.
But the check couldn't have come at a better time.
Gotta pay for my flash repair.

Actually no it was BOA.
They seem to be complete idiots.
My payment got stuck in the drive through shoot the other week.
And they wanted to me rewrite both checks again and it just dangling above their ceiling.
I said I dont' think so lol.

When we allowed the mortgage company to do our taxes, insurance, etc (escrow) it was seemed it was never the right amount and it varied greatly...and they seemed to miss the deadlines for paying those bills. Because we can financially, we pay those things ourselves now...it's amazing how much easier it is. You can also do it yourself if you are good about putting it in your own account and not touching it. (but you have to be good )

Thanks Renae we never had these issues in VA and that is why we just let them do it. But when and if and that is a big if I ever buy another house I will do it myself. :D
