Looks like we have a family that is really interested in the house.
They are just awaiting something to prove that things were taken care of by the builder and we have no proof other than them seeing the pics that the inspector took and then coming out to look at the same stuff and see that it is indeed fixed.
That said it is confusing as there is a language barrier. I think the realtors should find a translator :D
But wish us luck send us some vibes or something please lol. If this works out we might all get to leave together. IF not I won't be too far behind dh
