Wink My Fortune Cookie Was Broken - 03-20-2008, 11:59 AM

I just finished my Shrimp In Garlic Sauce at one of my favorite Galleria-area Chinese joints when they delivered my bill with a fortune cookie. My fortune read, "Next time, order the shrimp." Stoopid cookie.

or MAYBE you have a gift and are just one step ahead of your fortune cookie. Kind of like that TV show where the guy gets the paper each morning for the following day.

Years ago, a good friend taught us to always read our fortunes aloud and add the words, "in bed" to end. Makes for some very interesting fortunes.

Would that be ordering shrimp to be served in bed or actual shrimp in my bed? The dogs prefer the latter, I'm sure.
