Dh and I asked that our listing be pulled off of the market since our realtor seems to have fallen off of the face of the earth.
We are going to rent it out. As much as that scares the crap out of me i think it will be a lot less hassle in the end (atleast I hope it is)
The PM said he could definately have someone in the home in less than a month. So we are now setting up everything to get the heck out. Kind of quick notice since dhs last day is Thursday. We do still plan to visit Big Bend though.


With that said I have a bride looking for a photographer in June. I can pass your info along when I respond to say that I am sorry I won't be in the area and can not cover it. yes they have internet in Va :P in NC some of it is still dial up ( I will die) lol and I plan to be there until about Oct. Pray that my mother and I don't kill each other lol, been gone from home too long and we are too much alike lol. I do have the tent in the trailer just in case roflmao

We are now in a bind again. The broker voided our contract with said realtor. The Butthead still hasn't called us.
Any way they want us to keep it on the market for atleast 4 weeks. Mind you it has been on for 2.5 months. It is priced well, shows well etc..... according to the agents.

But dh is pissed about the whole situation.
So he said that it can stay on the market for 2 more weeks for sale, but we also had them add that we could put it up for lease with a PM. Which we are doing tomorrow.
So either way as long as we can get the Navy out her to pack us out next week we will be gone the end of the week.
I just know that we can't afford to pay the mortgage here and rent else where.
I have just haven't ever seen such a jacked up situation. And if we rent it we would have to come out of pocket between 50-100 bucks a month, but atleast we wouldn't be loosing 30-40000 with some of the offers that are going around.

I won't forget you guys but I may be off for a while as we are looking to head to NC, and then drop the trailer and head to Dover. There we are hoping to hop a Mac flight to England and spend 2 weeks in Scotland. Again this is our hope obviously not set in stone lol.
