We've stayed
here and
here.
The Accademia is just around the corner from Trevi Fountain, and close to other stuff. The Forum is at the back wall of the old forun, and a couple of blocks either way to the Colosseum and the National Monument to Victor Emmanuel II. No matter where you stay, the sites never end.
Going back the end of May. However, this time will be a cruise, with a few days in Barcelona.
I'm a walker. I walked all over Rome, Florence, and Venice. Some day, I have to put the images online. Every corner you turn provides another, "Oh, my!" I would move to Italy in a heartbeat. Well, except for money, family, and few other minor obstacles like those.
