I HATE Road Runner!

Ok, now this is frustrating...

Bad enough that Road Runner bounces all emails from my business email server... but that I get, the PTR records are messed up... ok, I can deal with that. In the process of moving all of my email servers off site anyway....

But I'm moving those email servers to GoDaddy.

So today I get a bounced message that I had sent to a customer of mine... they are with Road Runner.... the message was bounced because GoDaddy's email server's IP Address is on RR's internal block list as a Spammer.... its not on an RBL list anywhere -- none of them... but RoadRunner has independently decided that *anyone* with a GoDaddy email address is a Spammer and therefore must be blocked to protect their customers.

ARGH

If you have RoadRunner, please complain to them for me. LOL

I've never been able to make my RR email stable. I have tried several times. It works for a day or two, then it no longer accepts the password. I gave up on it completely. It's not like I need it, though, as I have all the email addresses I want from my websites.

oh that sucks :(
I have that problem with comcast... never had a problem with roadrunner... but now my kids school teachers cannot e-mail me, I miss e-mail from customers that try to contact me thru my website, and a lot of people do not get my e-mails as it goes in their spam folder.. people that were receiving my e-mails fine with roadrunner.. it's very frustrating...
