Yes, its easy... install iTunes on the new machine... set in the Advanced tab of the preferences to keep your folders organized... and then Import your old library.... then go get coffee or lunch, depending on the size of your library.

If you look under File there is an export library option. It will create an XML file of your itunes library and playlists. Move the files over to your new machine and then open the itunes and import your library xml file. As brad said, it's a bit easier if you tell itunes to organize your music, but be careful. If you are moving the files from a machine that isn't organized to an itunes that does want to organize, you could end up with duplicate files, as the 'organizing', usually copies them to a new location. Failing to notice that itunes is making it's own copy is a quick way of losing space on your HD.

Also, if you are ditching the old machine or not going to use it anymore, you might want to make sure to de-authorize any music you may have purchased from itunes music store. WHen you migrate to the new machine, you'll need to reauthorize it so you can play those songs.

Finally, if you have an iphone or ipod, you may have to reassign the unit to the new machine.
